The dining options felt limited and were not as varied or exceptional as expected!!! Cocktails were overpriced and lacked quality, making them hard to justify during my stay!!! A map of the property would greatly enhance the guest experience!!!

The Springs features stunning thermal pools, a wildlife preserve for kids, river tubing, and spacious rooms. Our family loved exploring! The hot springs were the highlight of our stay, offering a perfect mix of relaxation and fun.

We loved the adventure activities at Club Rio, especially the river tubing! It was such a blast for the whole family. Soaking in the hot springs was another highlight, providing a unique and relaxing experience surrounded by nature. The staff were incredibly accommodating, even to our non-service dog.

My wife says that the lunch options were somewhat limited and could use a bit more variety.

The stunning views of Arenal Volcano were simply breathtaking, and the hot springs thoroughly enjoyable. However, it was disappointing that the dining options didn't quite match the high prices, and some drinks were overpriced. Overall, a beautiful resort with incredible natural beauty and attentive staff.

This place fits me perfectly with amazing amenities like the outdoor swimming pool, spa & wellness centre, and game room. The staff helped me find great shops on my first visit, and I appreciated their kindness. I can't wait to come back!

Had a blast tubing down the rapids, it was a total rush. The staff at Club Rio were top notch, they really made sure we had the best time, teaching the kids to kayak with flair.
